Departure for Banjul not cancelled but delayed for 7 hours ! Well starting not really well but we were happy to go holiday.
Air Monarch isn't good enough but the arrival went alright and pretty straightforward. We went into a small coach to take us to our hotel The Palma Rima on Kotu and Kololi beach, with their own massage facilities.
After a long journey we finally open the door of an african room style with a balcon view on the biggest swimming pool in Gambia. We thought we were well as we can smoke in the room. Ideal for us lol
We didn't like the people in the hotel to be frank. An array of English people not behaving in their best and being really mean. So we decided not to socialise and do our own stuff out of here. We enjoyed few lunches at the hotel but soon realized that we were closed to the Senegambia List of Tourism EstablishmentsRestaurants, which became quickly our favourite place to eat.

We enjoyed a trip to see Charly the oldest crocodile from Gambia something like that, basically we did not see him on site as we went early mid morning.. It was too cold for him to come and say Hi to us :-) Nevermind we enjoyed the place worth to go and see this in real time and life.

We were not really hassled because of our brother for life called Lamin. A young rasta boy working with tourist and help them to make their holiday special. Anyway, he stayed with us for the week and we had a great time together..
We took load of pictures However, some Gambians have certain beliefs about their pictures being taken particularly by a stranger, you should first seek their consent before taking a picture of anyone
